About St. Lucia

St. Lucia truly is paradise found. One of the Windward Islands of the Lesser Antilles, located between Grenada, Barbados and Martinique, this small tropical island boasts year-round sunshine, miles of white sand beaches, cystal blue waters, dazzlingly beautiful landscape and flora, and 165,000 of the warmest and most welcoming people you could ever meet.

Location

St. Lucia is located midway down the Eastern Caribbean, south of Martinique, north of Grenada and West of Barbados. The island is serviced regularly by Virgin Atlantic and British Airways out of the UK, Delta, American Airlines and American Eagle out of the US and Air Canada and WestJet out of Canada. Regional flights from neighbouring islands also operate daily.

Climate

The local climate is tropical, moderated by northeast trade winds, with a dry season from January to April and a rainy season from May to December.

Geography

The volcanic island of Saint Lucia is more mountainous than many other Caribbean islands, with the highest point being Mount Gimie, at 950 metres (3,120 ft) above sea level. Two other mountains, the Pitons, form the island's most famous landmark. They are located between Soufrière and Choiseul on the western side of the island. Saint Lucia is also one of the few islands in the world that boasts a drive-in volcano.

Dining

St. Lucia features a vast array of dining options, from freshly caught seafood at traditional Caribbean street parties to elegant air-conditioned fine-dining, and everything inbetween.

Activities

Aside from the various Tours that we offer, visitors to St. Lucia can also take advantage of a number of other activities, from kayaking to scuba diving, mountain hiking to luxurious spa treatments.
